The monument features the phrase "Imagine Peace" in 24 different languages.
Öskjuhlíð sits 61 meters above the sea level and is the perfect place to soak in beautiful views of the scenery. The outdoor area is covered with trees and is a great place to spend a few hours relaxing. Here you'll also find a restaurant, coffee shop, and even a fake ice cave. On top of the hill, you'll find the Perlan, which is a landmark building that sits on top of six water tanks.
